Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY:
Our Returns policy for faulty items is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase.
Sassy Scrappers will accept product returns and provide you with a full refund, repair or replacement where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
Sassy Scrappers may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
Please contact us at shop@sassyscrapper.com.au prior to returning your item for a Return Authorization number.

RETURNS:
We will only accept returns if the product is in its original packaging and has not been used in any way.
*All returns must also be returned in the same manner in which they were sent- ie: box, bubble wrap and with tracking ..
